Monthly reports are delivered electronically using the contact information provided at the time of signup.

Reports are typically delivered once per month after all required financial information has been received and processed. Delivery timing may vary depending on when data is submitted.

It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate contact details and required financial information in a timely manner to avoid delays.

If you do not receive your report within a reasonable timeframe after submission, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.
